Vessel Walkthrough
Entering the 4-season hard enclosed aft-deck through either wind-door there is a round dining table and cushioned chairs aft. Forward is a built-in bar and icemaker with extra storage. Forward and to starboard is companionway to Bridge/ Helm with full sunbrella enclosure in very good condition. Returning back to aft-deck and proceeding forward down centerline-companionway to Saloon there is an L-Shaped beige couch to port which converts to a queen bed with extra storage in the adjacent section. There is abundance storage throughout salon in side cabinets and built-in console (forward starboard side) which supports a 19 color TV and provides extra storage. Opposite couch to starboard there are two upholstered chairs with tables between. All furniture is in excellent condition and there are custom valences and shades throughout saloon. Proceeding forward two steps down to fully equipped galley to port with real teak and holly flooring and generous cabinet storage above and below counter line. To starboard is one of two doors to access the forward head. Head is very large for a vessel in this size range and features a full sized separate stall shower with beautiful glass enclosure and teak and folly floor. Proceeding forward from galley area is forward stateroom which can be a multi function room (especially for a live aboard couple). There is a large V-berth with removable insert which doubles as a pedestal dining table when desired. This stateroom features built-in bookcases generous under-berth storage. Aft are two night tables and centerline queen berth. On port side are 9 drawers and built-in dresser atop which is a color TV. Just portside of entrance companionway is a built-in stacking washer/dryer unit in closed teak closet. Further to port is private ensuite head with full tub/shower unit with custom mirror and attractive sliding glass doors. From aft-deck doors there are post and starboard walkways with handrails to access foredeck which has port and starboard dunnage boxes with seating cushions. There is also built-in bench seating facing forward with storage below.
Galley / Laundry
Galley is slightly down from saloon but very open feeling with beautiful Teak and Holly flooring. There is a very attractive AC/DC refrigerator forward and U shaped countertop wrapping around from it. Stainless steel sink is to port and 3 burner stove/oven unit faces aft for a very productive work triangle setup. There is generous cabinet both above and below the counters. Bridge / Helm
KITTIWAKES flybridge/helm affords great visibility through the eisenglass enclosure which is in excellent condition. There is a pompanette helm seat for two atop a very useful dunnage box. In addition there is more than ample storage for USCG package gear and many other items. The bimini is Sunbrella and is in excellent condition supported by a custom heavy duty 1 1/4 diameter SS tubing frame for very rugged enclosure. There are generous screened flaps for ventilation underway. There is generous wrap around seating behind the helm and a custom storable dining table as well.
